Telling a Fuller Story

At 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021 in the Franklin public square, the USCT statue was unveiled and dedicated, joining the five interpretive markers placed around the square in October 2019. Remarks were given by The Fuller Story participants as well as Mayor Ken Moore, City Administrator, Alderman Dan McLendon, and sculptor Joe F. Howard.
