Carter House Guided Tours
Guided tours of the historic Carter House are offered daily. Upon purchasing admission in the Visitors Center, your tour time will be provided. Generally, you will not have to wait more than 30 minutes for a tour. Admission includes a grounds brochure and map to guide you around the property both before and after your tour. We recommend that you plan a minimum of 90 minutes on site. The last guided tour begins at 4 pm.
On fall and spring weekday mornings, you may want to call before you come because school groups often visit on those days. We will offer tours but they may be delayed slightly.
